This bill would cover ALOT MORE than just the poor kids. It already is in affect and does cover poor kids, they just wanted to increase it. Bush is for increasing it, so it covers the poor kids that are left out. It doesn't take $35 billion to do so. More like $5 billion, which Bush was all for adding on to the current program. Do some research and educate yourself. MoveOn.org and Media Matters for America are two very misleading sites out there.
