What do people really think we're doing? Do they really think this about freedom and democracy? Have they read ANY history??? As days keep going by, it just blows me away that here we are involved in this war and it's pretty much business as usual here in the States. Kinda like Rome when politicians kept the populous busy with the games so that they could go around doing as they pleased. I think that the Superbowl pretty much provides that function these days. Nobody really gives a shit about the fact that we're at war, but watching 22 rich dudes chase a ball around for a couple of hours is CRUCIAL to life.
