<description>Last night, Lt. Ehren Watada spoke at a sold-out NW hip hop show, featuring Blue Scholars, Common Market, Gabriel Teodros and other politically conscious NW hip hop artists. The crowd cheered him, and also went completely silent at times during his speech. He encouraged us to stand up and do what we believe is right and not allow the powerful to continue to make a case for youth not caring about what is going on. Watada also talked about the likelihood that he will be jailed, but was most inspiring as he carefully illuminated the reasons he believes he is doing what must be done! Support Lt. Watada! My radio shows air on http://kaosradio.org every M-W-F.
