I cannot believe the violence and death that the Israel government (apparently with the approval of the general population) has unleashed in Middle East in the last weeks. I am not an expert about the politics there, but one thing I know for sure; Jewish are becoming more and more unpopular (just like americans), and if they want to make enemies around the world… well, mission accomplished! Just all of you that support the killing of innocent men, women and children, please don’t come around my home, because you are not welcome, BASTARDS! I’ve already bookmarked your site. The flipside commentary on over-embellished and lopsided media reports is refreshing.
First off, let’s ask ourselves at what point in history did the jews gain control of israel? Written documentation states that the US would not enter (e.g. support) a european war without “conditions”. First, all of the poor jews who were being kicked out of germany were going to need a place to live. Hmm… some say form follows function, but convenience follows a pet in the desert. Enter our new family pet…israel. We feed’em, we give them toys, and they act as a landing pad to extend the reach of our greedy little fingers. Now, before the jews were wandering in the desert, someone else had residence. someother group (begin lesson on American Indian exploitation) had to be removed to make way for the pet. Well, it seems that fleas can be scattered, but never washed away… and when the dog moved in… he was forced to scratch. Arabs,Persians,Sumerians,Egyptians…and a host of other countries (let’s not forget Alexander’s conquests)… have occupied this region. Before any waters were parted, some of the greatest acheivments in architecture had risen. So, when a jew is forced to settle down; what is there when he must once again wander? That’s simple math campers… figure it out. The bible is full of “David vs. Goliath” stories… and unles the legend’s mold has grown old, Rome is beginning a new descent.

anyway, it is a vast understatement to call hezbollah a “terrorist” group. they have a private army that is more powerful than lebanon’s, and their political wing controls around 20 percent of the votes in parliament. in effect, hezbollah is not a state-sponsored army: lebanon is an army-sponsored state, and whatever hezbollah does is a type of de facto quasi-policy.

another problem with this situation is that israel’s foreign policy is so reactionary that it can’t even be called a policy. any idiot with a gun can single-handedly create an international incident by simply firing a bullet over a fence and waiting for the idf to send 100 bullets back.

this doctrine of massive retaliation might be the key to israel’s survival, but the zero-tolerance aspect of its administration will continue to keep the region at war until new moderate leadership is introduced. unfortunately, moderates are never elected in wartime, and israel is always at war.

Wow, Victor; nice threadjack. The O’Reilly-esque “vague threat of boycott from a non-targeted demographic” was a nice touch.

(P.S. - I looked at your website; I don’t think a “quickie marriage, quickie divorce” combo is going to solve the sociological problems that surround children born out of wedlock, but…good luck, I guess.)

An amazing article. So, now what do we do? I mean, we have been powerless to effect change within this administration alone, what can one person do to change this situation. It exhausts me. These people will just simply never stop (fighting), will they? Oh, and the comment from victor@sob…. very weak.
