i say give this fucking inept idoit no peace for the rest of this life. at his request as he said “I take accountability” so i say when people die and ‘you’re accountable’ that’s means you are no longer allowed a quality of life!!!!!!and never, not ever allowed the privileged life. he is steal off the graves he made. this man needs consequences… really fucking serious… pray for god consequences.

The guy was a figure-head useless puppet. He needs to defence. He was put into a position of responsibility and given little actual authority. Otherwise, giving him the benefit of the doubt that his claims for requests for money were true, his buddy G.W. would have given it to him, gladly. FEMA (and the Red Cross) continue to fail Katrina victims as they did WTC victims. Face it, in the event of a major emergency, we really are on our own in this country. Suffice it to say someone will be “voting for” drilling more oil on the Katrina hit costline rather than rebuilding it - I give them 3 years.

I can’t believe that I’m going to actually defend this guy, but if you get a chance to view the entire pre-Katrina briefing that was leaked , Brownie does inform Bush the day before it hit that he thinks it’s the big one and the levees might breach. He did indeed try. Lots of officials from the N.O. mayor to the governor to FEMA were screaming about it all weekend and all week long, its just that the National Guard was too busy bringing civil war er… i mean ‘democracy’ to Iraq. I mean, he’s still a crony, but he’s also a scapegoat for the Criminal in Chief who claims his number one job is to protect the American people. Of course, he’s always been geographically challenged, so it’s quite possible he didn’t know New Orleans is in the U.S…
